First off, please forgive me for a bit of a slow start. I have so many ideas and wonderful things to share with you, but technology is not my strong suit. With the help of my friends and family, I am figuring out how to turn my dreams into a reality. . . and a real business! So please note that the ordering process might be a bit slower at first and that I reserve the right to make changes as I learn. However, your 100% satisfaction in my products will always remain my number one priority. I am open to suggestions to make your buying experience the best that it can be.
Ordering From My Current Inventory
Please take a look at the slide show to see all of my current inventory. Each picture has a label (ex: #A2). If you see something that you like that I've already created, then send me an e-mail with the letter and number and also a brief description (black headband with two red flowers) so that there is no question which one you are referring to. I will respond to your e-mail to let you know what the total for your order including shipping costs will be and how to process your payment through paypal (or you can send me a check for the amount of your order plus shipping). Alternatively, if you'd like to arrange a time to come and pick your order up, we can schedule that as well.
Ordering A Custom Design
If you see something that is similar to what you had in mind, but perhaps you were hoping for a different color or something to be changed slightly, send me an e-mail with the image number and be as specific as possible in describing what it is you'd like altered. It might make it easier to include your phone number so that I can call you to chat about your ideas. After I have an idea of what you are wanting, I will be able to give you a price and shipping costs. Right now, expect custom orders to take between 3 - 4 weeks. Of course, I aim to get that turnaround shorter and I will be able to give you a better idea once we've finalized your custom order!
If you have something in mind that you'd like me to create from scratch, e-mail me. Again, I will be able to give you a final price and shipping costs once we have established what you'd like me to create.
